Mobile service is available within approximately 50 miles of Cedar Rapids, subject to technician discretion and scheduling. Travel from 1 to 15 miles is included in the base fee. Any additional travel charge is confirmed before appointment.

- All appointments have an $85 minimum unless a listed flat-rate service applies.
- Please describe all requested work before the appointment.
- Work added after the original mission is established requires a separate appointment.
- Customers purchase required parts directly; follow-up work is scheduled after parts arrive.
- Payment is due when the mission is complete.
- Cash and payment methods supported by Square are accepted.
- Same-day emergency appointments, when available, add $175 to the normal service price.
Final service terms are governed by the signed service agreement and applicable customer forms.

Do you come to my home or small business?
Yes. PC Rescue is a mobile service based in Cedar Rapids. Appointments are performed at the customer's home or small business; there is no walk-in storefront.
What if I do not know which computer service to book?
Start with the In-Home Diagnostic or call the booking line. We will identify the best starting appointment from the problem you describe.
How far does PC Rescue travel?
Service is generally available within approximately 50 miles of Cedar Rapids, subject to scheduling and technician discretion. Travel charges outside the included area are confirmed before the appointment.
Do you repair phones, tablets, Macs, or Chromebooks?
PC Rescue does not repair phones or tablets. Software help is available for Macs and Chromebooks, but internal hardware repair for those devices is not currently offered.
Do you offer remote computer support?
No. PC Rescue currently provides scheduled on-site service rather than remote support or managed IT contracts.
Is PC Rescue insured?
PC Rescue Iowa carries business liability insurance for its on-site technology services. Proof of coverage is available upon request.
